Hello There!
I am Derek your TA this semester, and I am so jazzed that you found this page. This isn't supposed to be a chore; this blog is here for your pleasure and your convenience. It is for your questions, concerns and anything else that pertains to Critical Writing, though I am happily aware that tangents are sometimes organic and necessary. Those things aside, I don't want this to be a forced discussion thing either. If you don't want to respond then don't; instead, just lurk around the site. Also this is a student-only space. This is for you--and only you. I am here to only help. I'll post things on occasion as the situation warrants, but for the most part, I am here to address your concerns, answer your questions and make this semester go well.
Let me say that this will be a lifeboat when it comes to EPs, EGs and RPs.
Post whenever you can. Talking to myself is creepy and monologues should be relegated to the theater and angst-filled teenage dramas. Let's make this a dialogue and together this semester will be a breeze.
Thank you,
Derek Scott

well here I am...blogging. I really enjoyed the exercise we did in class today about "Demystifying warrants." Tracy is so damn clever. I never would've gotten that so easy. I keep the first one short. Much love.
